About: Disfiguring the Goddess is the long-running solo project of Cameron Argon (also known as producer Big Chocolate). Bloom marks the project's 10th album and its first release since signing worldwide with Seek & Strike Records. The record folds in industrial, electronic, and djent elements alongside DTG's signature slam and deathcore brutality, with guest features from J Figure, Four Stroke Baron, and Bodybox. Complexant – Apex
Genre: Blackened Death Metal
About: Complexant is an Australian band drawing on influences like Behemoth, Suffocation, Emperor, and Nile. Apex is their debut full-length, following 2023's A Rite of Passage EP and a run of singles, and was mixed and mastered by Christian Donaldson (Shadow of Intent, Ingested, Suffocation). The album is released through Bleeding Art Collective in partnership with Blood Blast Distribution, and the band has previously shared stages with Cryptopsy, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Signs Of The Swarm. Nothingness – Godslaughter
Genre: Death Metal
About: Nothingness is a Minneapolis-based death metal band formed in 2018, playing under their self-described "Digressive Death" ethos. Godslaughter is the band's third full-length, following their 2019 debut The Hollow Gaze of Death and 2023's well-received Supraliminal, both again released via Everlasting Spew Records. Lipoma – Infernal Wounds of Ravenous Flesh
Genre: Goregrind
About: Lipoma is the pathological goregrind project of Max Pierce, originally based in New York and now working out of Monterey Bay, California. The project debuted with 2022's Horrors of Pathology, blending goregrind's abrasiveness with melodic death metal elements. Infernal Wounds of Ravenous Flesh is released via Reality Fade Records. Faustian – Parable of the Sewer
Genre: Black Metal
About: Faustian is an Australian black metal outfit formed by members of Werewolves, Abramelin, The Berzerker, Psycroptic, The Amenta, and The Antichrist Imperium — Sam Bean (vocals/bass), Matt Wilcock (guitars), and David Haley (drums). Parable of the Sewer is the trio's sophomore album, following 2023's debut We Come As Angels, and is released via Apocalyptic Witchcraft. Where the members' main project Werewolves trades in violence, Faustian is built around fear and horror. Listen on Spotify.
Litosth – Dreaming
Genre: Melodic Black/Death Metal
About: Litosth is a duo from Caxias do Sul, Brazil, comprised of multi-instrumentalist Maicon Ristow and lyricist Wendel Siota. Dreaming is their fourth full-length, following 2024's Cesariana, 2022's Farther From The Sun, and 2019's Crossed Parallels of Self Refraction, and continues the project's blend of symphonic textures and philosophically dense, atmospheric extremity. Embodiment – Cryptomorph
Genre: Technical Death Metal
About: Embodiment is a technical death metal band from Bristol, UK, formed in 2012. Cryptomorph is a 4-track EP and the band's first release in six years, following 2020's Palingenesis, and introduces new members guitarist Sam Godding and drummer Will Pearson to the lineup. Released via Prosthetic Records, it explores themes of deception, fractured perception, and psychological struggle, and the band has previously shared stages with Decapitated, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Suffocation. Caelestia – Revelations in Black
Genre: Melodic Black/Death Metal
About: Caelestia is a band from Athens, Greece, formed in 2013, who have moved over the years from a symphonic melodic death metal sound toward a more guitar-driven style. Revelations in Black is their third full-length, produced by Zack Ohren (Machine Head, Six Feet Under, Immolation) and released via Eclipse Records, and features drummer Marc Reign (formerly of Destruction and Morgoth). The album draws lyrically on horror and dark fantasy literature as well as historical events. Listen on Spotify.
