Nekrodawn - Covenant of Carnage

Genre: Death Metal
About: Nekrodawn hail from Sweden's death metal underground and features members with backgrounds in Grave, Centinex, Interment, The Crown, and Hypocrisy. Covenant of Carnage is the band's second album, following their debut Sculpted By Torture, and leans into classic Stockholm death metal with a blackened, crust-inflected edge. Martyrium - Malevolent

Genre: Black/Thrash Metal
About: Martyrium are a Dutch band who have spent nearly three decades in the Netherlands' blackened thrash underground, building a sound centered on aggression, speed, and atmosphere. Malevolent is rooted in black/thrash with occasional death metal influences across its eleven tracks. The album marks the band's signing to Apostasy Records. Listen on Spotify.

Dogtak - Shattered Reflection

Genre: Death/Thrash Metal
About: Dogtak is a German five-piece formed in 2025, though the project traces back to 2024 when guitarist Björn Condon began it as a solo studio endeavor before evolving into a full band. Shattered Reflection is their debut EP, blending death and thrash metal influences with groove and melodic elements. The release is self-issued, following the band's live debut earlier in 2026. Mind Affliction - No Future, No Light

Genre: Black/Death Metal
About: Mind Affliction formed in Kraków, Poland in 2009 and blend the ferocity of death metal with the cold atmosphere of black metal. No Future, No Light is their third album, arriving a decade after their previous release, Into the Void (2016), and following their debut Pathetic Humanity (2013). The album explores themes of human breakdown and existential darkness, and is released via Via Nocturna. Listen on Spotify.

Street Tombs - Existence Is Corruption

Genre: Death/Thrash Metal, Punk
About: Street Tombs formed in 2017 out of Santa Fe, New Mexico's DIY venue The Cave, blending death metal grit inspired by early Sepultura and Bolt Thrower with the d-beat/street-punk fury of Discharge and G.B.H. Existence Is Corruption is their second full-length, following their 2023 debut Reclusive Decay, and tackles themes of societal corruption and complacency. The album is out via Carbonized Records. Nethergate - Sanguivoria

Genre: Death Metal
About: Nethergate are a death metal band from Detroit, Michigan, with a discography stretching back to their 2018 demo and 2019 EP Dimensional Purgatory, followed by Carnal Quintessence and Necroasis in 2022. Sanguivoria is their newest full-length release, issued independently. Listen on Spotify.
